African Safari Wildlife Park is the Midwest’s original drive-thru safari and THE Ohio Safari Park! Feed more than 400 animals from your own vehicle, including giraffes, zebras, bison, elk, alpacas, llamas, Ankol

Open seasonally from mid-May through early October, the Walk-Thru Safari features capybaras, sloths, lemurs, kangaroos, gibbons, tortoises, birds and more, along with educational programs and optional feeding experiences. Additional encounters and behind-the-scenes experiences are available for an added cost and may require reservations.

The Drive-Thru Safari operates throughout the Park’s season, rain or shine, though some animals may have weather-dependent access to outdoor habitats. Giraffes may not be visible during rain or when temperatures are below 60°F. Guests can also reserve the guided Welcome Wagon morning tour. Group wagon rides and discounted admission options are available for qualifying groups.
