Visit the Kauffman Center for a performing arts experience in Kansas City. The Center is home to the Kansas City Symphony, the Lyric Opera, and the Kansas City Ballet.

The Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts has a mission to enrich the lives of everyone in the community through performing arts performances. The facility opened in 2011 and includes two different halls: Helzberg Hall, a 1,600-seat theater, and Muriel Kauffman Theatre, a 1,800-seat theatre. The Center is a beautiful structure itself with over-arching shells, a glass roof and glass walls. The Center also features a 1,000-car parking garage that allows underground access to the center.
